How it works

  1. Email us at support@nexoroa.com with your order number and a short description (photos help for damaged items).
  2. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions or an immediate resolution.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Eligibility

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: full refund or free replacement — no return needed.
  • Unopened items in original packaging: full refund.
  • Opened cosmetics that caused irritation: contact us — we handle these case by case with care.

For hygiene reasons, used cosmetics cannot be restocked; refunds for these are handled under our satisfaction guarantee rather than a physical return.
